This 12-week dialectical behavior therapy skills group is designed to help teens and young adults manage intense emotional and behavioral responses to stressful situations using:

• Emotion regulation
• Distress tolerance
• Mindfulness
• Interpersonal effectiveness

Participants will receive a binder of helpful tools, handouts, and resources to use at home and share with
support people.

When: Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30pm beginning September 15, 2022.
