After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional instructions regarding booking your lodging, if necessary

Allowed modifications include those listed below.

  • Substituting an Attendee/Registrant
  • Cancellations (please note, refunds will not be offered – we strongly recommend substitutions for those who are unable to attend)

In accordance with CDC recommendations for large gatherings, full vaccination is required for in-person attendance at the Showcase. According to the CDC, “To ensure adequate time for an immune response to occur, a person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine.”

At this time additional doses or boosters are not required, but they are encouraged. We will continue to carefully monitor the situation, and if a fully virtual event becomes necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Masks are currently not required at the venue. We will update this guidance closer to the date of the Showcase event.
