In accordance with CDC recommendations for large gatherings, full vaccination is required for in-person attendance at the Showcase. According to the CDC, “To ensure adequate time for an immune response to occur, a person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine.”

For additional covid guidance, please visit the CDC website.

At this time additional doses or boosters are not required, but they are encouraged. We will continue to carefully monitor the situation, and if a fully virtual event becomes necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Mask wearing will be required within the meeting space, except when eating or drinking, and may be required in all common areas depending on local and national guidance at the time of the conference. We will update this guidance closer to the date of the Showcase event.
